Digital technology provides consumers with the freedom to listen and watch wherever, whenever and however they choose. Consumers are not pirates. They are people who enjoy listening to music or viewing a video in the comfort of their home or whatever venue they choose. Listening or viewing legitimately purchased music and videos on your own time, in your own place and in your own way is not piracy-it's freedom.
