Who Is At Risk?

Innovators - Innovators are individuals who turn their visions into designs and build new digital technologies.  They are software designers and hardware engineers.  They can also be artists who apply the dreams of other innovators to new ways that they create and distribute  their works.

If the big record labels and studios have their way, every innovator will face costly lawsuits to stop their new technology in its tracks, as soon as the first patent is filed.  Costly lawsuits could bankrupt innovators before they have the chance to take their products to market.  They must be free to bring their creations to the marketplace, allowing consumers to enjoy advances in technology.
